*TIME FRAME (5 hours) set up, event & clean up
*COST - $1500 plus $250 refundable security deposit (50% down payment)
*SPACE- front cocktail room, left event room, right event, back event room, 2 kitchens (no cooking) and 3 restrooms
*INCLUDES-clear ghost chairs, uplighting and standard white or black table cloths

📍ALCOHOL Fees
*If you plan to have alcohol at your event, you MUST hire our bartender. We do not allow outside bartenders. Cost-estimated around $250.00 for 4 hours of pouring. (It will be a slight price increase if you have a large guest count)
*If Alcohol will be served, a door guard will be needed at the front door- the fee is $150.00

We have a beautiful elegant floor layout that’s suitable for all event types. We don’t rearrange, nor allow movement of furniture. We can make minor adjusts if requested and approved. It’s best to see our space in person.
